Training information
Training consists of small group seminars and individual sessions that support clients to ensure they are using the techniques and getting the benefits. Because the P4 is a training course, results are reliant on participants practicing the tools they have been taught.
The training will explore:
how the brain learns and how to make it work for you (neuroplasticity)
how to eliminate exisiting patterns that aren't serving you
how to form new patterns that help you to thrive
Structure of training:
pre-course coaching
two consecutive half-day seminars in a small group (2-8 delegates)
training portfolio and download of P4 tools to create lasting change
two follow-up support coaching telephone sessions
- ongoing coaching and training is available at an additional cost
Training fee
The training fee for taking the Peak Performance training is $1,495 (inc. GST) per person. Payment is required before training commences. Invoices issued on request.
