The Vision

Over the years as a Lightning Process practitioner, many people have requested a retreat LP/NLP experience.

Reviresco Retreat is a way to further develop mind-brain-body harmony in a more adventurous, enriching way.

Point of Difference?

This is the first and only retreat that incapsulates the wisdom and tools of the Lightning Process Training and Neuro Linguistic Programming.

By emersing movement, nature, breath, words, nutrition and art, you will make transformational changes that stretch well beyond the weekend.

The Experience

Over the weekend you will:

Reset (your nervous system) and revive, with guided LP and NLP powerful processes.

Learn gentle somatic movement, including yoga and tai chi.

Hike along the beautiful Te Mata Peak tracks - choosing the track that suits you best.

Reconnect with nature. This includes a transformative beach experience. Swimming optional.

Discover the power of words and reframing using written and spoken guided exercises.

Nourish your body and mind with delicious food and drink to rebalance and re-energise.

Learn how to use creative art and music to change states.

Mindful moments will be interweaved throughout the activities. There will be time for quiet individual reflection and time to connect with a like minded community.

Finer Details:

4-6 February, 2023. Waitangi Weekend.

Start time: 1pm Saturday. End time: 12pm Monday

Fee: $500, $100 deposit.

Included: Lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday. Ingredients from local suppliers. Brunch on Monday before departure. A range of teas, coffee and nibbles. Hawkes Bay local fruit always available.

Transport to/from locations/accomodation while on the retreat.

Accomodation is not included, yet we can help you find a suitable place to stay.
