Autoimmune Issues

How the Lightning Process can help you

The Lightning Process is designed to teach people skills to improve their health and wellbeing by looking at how the brain and body influence each other, and how we can use this information and skills to make radical changes in our lives.

Unlike a drug-based approach or therapy, by using the skills of the Lightning process, you are not a passive recipient in your success. Instead, you sit at your control panel. Success is made through taking action and making definite changes. Your path to wellness, then, is a clear path of the action you took. You don’t just take a pill and cross your fingers or lie back and put your health in the hands of an expert. You become the expert. This gives back the sense of control, which has often been long gone with the people I see. Once you achieve success, then any fear of relapse goes, as you know the exact steps you took to get well. You are back in the drivers seat and can focus on doing the things you love.

Heidi’s Journey to Health

I have found Jenny a very gentle and wise person.  She is easy to talk to and can understand where I am coming from.  She is approachable and a good communicator.  For example, I had a talk with her about a very deep and hurtful experience and she was able to give me incredibly practical tools which I have been using successfully for over a year now.  I am now free of the dark thoughts that dominated my life for over 20 years.  I have been so impressed with how my life has improved that I have recommended 5 people who have found wonderful results with Jenny too.  Our lives have been set free to live the life we were meant to have and it is great to see how we are all enjoying our new lives.  When we catch up we inspire each other to keep using our L.P skills. I have sustained this momentum and am still working full time.  I have received a promotion at work where I focus on improving the positive behaviours of the school through well-being.  I use the principles of L.P in my new role.  I am still exercising, enjoying my family and friends and contribute to my local community.  I am so thankful for Mary Sue as this experience has taught me so much and changed my life.”
